v1.3 Progress

Update v1.3 will be the final update to the demo of the New Universe mod for Universal Thief. Afterwards, a separate page will be put up for the full version and will NOT have a download until fully done. The new page will have (hopefully) frequent devlogs & image uploads to keep everyone updated!

Added Features for v1.3:

• 2nd room for prison
• New Enemy: Prison Guard (30HP, Moves: Baton Bonk, Inspect, Leech)
• New Move: Baton bonk, Deals 8 damage and heals 1 HP
• "Movement" has it's own sound effect
• Updated title screen

• "Audit" is renamed to "Inspect" to better fit the prison theme
• More text re-wording
• New Enemy: Mac-Sec Prisoner (22HP, Moves: Strong Punch, Inspect, Close)
• Prisoner sprite changed
• "Short Circuit" nerfed again - Only works if your current HP is higher then 20% of your max HP
• New Move: Strong Punch, Deals 3 damage and has a 33% chance to do triple damage (9)
• New Decoration: Bench
• New Enemy: Your Cell Door, (5HP, Moves: Nothing, Lockdown, Movement)
• New Enemy: Frank the Janitor (???)
• New Enemy: Staff Door (???)
• New Move: Staff Keys (???)
